The practice offers many services which are divided between Doctors Godfrey, Dr Riaz and the Practice Nurses which are listed in detail on the clinics page, however a summary is provided below.
Doctors Services
Doctors are able to offer 10minute, morning and afternoon, appointments for patients from Monday to Friday , although Thursday is a half day. Both doctors provide further clinics to deal with specific types of medical disorders. If you feel that you wish to see one of the doctors then just call the reception staff who will arrange the nearest appointment for you that is convenient.
Nurses
Patients can arrange to see the full time practice nurses for 15minute appointments monday to firday both morning and afternoon sessions. They are happy to chat to patients about any concern they may about their health and offer useful advice on the following conditions:
  • Asthma
  • C.O.P.D. (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease)
  • Epilepsy
  • Diabetes
  • Heart Attack
  • HIgh Blood pressure
We stongly suggest you see the practice nurse for an review of your condition at least annually.
The practice nurse also offers health screening for the following:
  • Well Woman's check
  • well man check
  • Contraception counselling
  • Foreign travel advice
  • Immunisation for adults and children
Nursing Assistant
The healthcare support worker also offers the following services:
  • Taking Blood
  • Urine Testing
