Repeat Prescritptions

Request for repeat prescriptions must be made by at least 2 working days in advance. Remember to place your orders at least a week ahead during Christmas, Easter Holidays.

To Order repeat prescriptions:

• Use the right hand side of your prescriptions. Tick the boxes against the drugs you want to order. Place this in the request box placed at the reception. Your prescription will normally be ready in 2 days time.
• If the front door is closed, post your request through the letter box.
• You can post your request with a self addressed stamped envelope. Your script will be posted back to you.
• If you are house bound, speak to your pharmacist. Most chemist will under take to order and deliver your medicines.

We do not accept request for prescriptions over the phone. Prescriptions must be collected by an adult.
