Registering with our Practice

We operate an open list policy and will not discriminate any one for any reason when registering new patients.

If you wish to register bring along your medical card. If you do not have a medical card, speak to one of our receptionists. You will need to fill an application form.

If you are visiting our area you could obtain our services by registering as a temporary resident - ask at the reception.
