Comments , Compliments and Complaints

We appreciate your contsructive criticism, comments and suggestions. This will help us to improve our services. Let us have your thoughts in writing , or you could ask to speak to our practice manager.

For complaints we follow the NHS Practice Complaint Procedure. If you have any complaints ask to speak to our practice manager. Most complaints are resolved in this way. If not satisfied you could arrange to see the Senior partner in the Practice.
