Appointments

We Operate appointment system in keeping with NHS guidelines.

1. Appointment within 48 hrs (2 woking days)

   Use this if your are ill and need to see GP that day or next. Do not use this for routine blood pressure checks, or to obtain sick notes etc.

2. Pre Bookable Appointments

   You can book an appointment up to 8 weeks ahead - use this for routine checks, chronic illeness, to discuss results from tests / hospitals etc.

To Make an Appointment

• Ring surgery between 9.00 am and 6.30 pm - busy times are around 9.00 am and 1.30 pm. So if the line is engaged please be patient and try again.

• Present yourself, or a representative, at the reception at the above hours (we close the main do0r between 12.30 pm and 1.30 pm)

It is not always possible to offer appointment to the satisfaction of everyone, which you will understand.

If you were unable to obtain an appointment, and you need something urgent, use our TELEPHONE CONSULTATION facility - give your telephone number to the receptionist and one of the GPs or Nurse will ring you back.

If you are unable to keep a booked appointment please CANCEL the appointment so that this slot could be used by someone else.
